Up Please provide as a hin file containing a structure of all non-hydrogen type atoms.
Then we will provide to you the following matrices and counting polynomials of the structure:

• Distance matrix
• Maximal fragments matrix
• Complement of maximal fragments matrix
• Szeged matrix
• Cluj fragmental matrix

Note: too many vertices (atoms) and/or too many edges (bonds) it will crash the program.
